Sorry for the lack of posts today, it has been a hard but important day. Tommorow will be my first mission OP on EvE so I got alot of posts for you tommorow!

Stevez the mage

This is my mage these days. As you can see he is Alliance now. His specs are PvE frost and PvP frost. As you can probably tell, I like frost.

Cluster Sutdown.

The EvE servers are offline now for the daily maintanance. It is slightly extended however since they are implementing patch 1.1.
For now, i'm going to play WoW and see if I can get back into it slightly.

Megatron!!

Yes I went shopping today and since I had a hard day yesterday, I decided to buy some EvE time codes to sell in game to give me a starter boost.

The result was the Megatron! ^_^

Shopping time

Ok so I feel like i'm going to be alone for a while to come now so I have decided that i'm going to do to town and buy a few things for myself for once. I really need to get a new chair cause the one I have now is terrible. I also would like a new game for the PC. I would hope for something like GTA San Andreas or maybe some shooter for a change.

Today I intent to carry on mining on EvE online and my skills continue to train for the mighty Hulk.

A really tough day.

Today was a hard day and this evening was extreamly hard. I am really upset right now for reasons I am unwilling to explain. It shouldn't intefere with my posting, but just so you all know, I am really down right now and things in my life feel like they are changing drastically.

I wish you all a goodnight, cause I certainly won't be having one.

A real panic situation.

So today while I was out, I was approached by a strange man. This man was clearly drunk and said to me "Give me 2 quid will ya, so I don't have to kill ye". I proceeded to walk away from this man where my mum picked me up in the car.

My retarded mum then decided to go to a chip shop right where he was standing, and after I told her what happened, I got the following reply: "Grow the fuck up, I am getting me a pasty, I don't give a shit what you want".


So my posts today may not be as good as you want, apologies in advance, and I felt that you should know why.

A megatron?

For those who do not know what a Megatron is, it is an awesome battleship in EvE. I finally have the skills to use one. But I do not have the money to buy it. It is worth a whopping 60 Million.

So I decided to spend some of today mining. Since I diddn't get to Ruby Scantum last night, I don't have any screenshots for you. Sorry about that.

A goodnight blast!

So I decided to destroy the enemy Subspace data miner. This was stealing our movement data informing enemies where we were moving.

A taste of combat!

So I finally found a mission to do which was good, and it told me to fly to this acceleration gate. An acceletation gate will warp you to the mission area to complete your task.

My task was to pick up 20 team mates who were trapped but they were being guarded by a bunch of nasty Battlecruisers and fighters. As you can see here, I had to activate my warp drive and escape as I was taking too much fire.

I then returned with some shield boosters and armour repair kits and successfully killed all of them and completed the mission.

Ship Customising

Here is what the ship fitting window looks like. You can really see how in depth this game goes in terms of ship modification. You customise everything from the CPU usage to the weapons you place on it, to the rigs and much much more. This is not the simple, put this armour on, now you are strong. This is a much more complex scenario.

This picture is a Stargate warping you to another sector of space. There are over 1000 stargates and that is why this game world is so large.Here you see a sun and a planet with it's gas rings. There is also a stargate that I used to warp here. Currently im on a task to deliver some goods to my Corp.

Here is the awesome Warp Drive in action. This is a really cool feature and it will never get old.

The really awesome thing about EvE is that it is really complicated to play. Therefore you need to be intelligent to actually play this game, meaning there are going to be very few (if any) morons to ruin your day.

What is EvE online?

So I got an e-mail from Danny asking about EvE online and what it is. EvE online is a space based MMO like no other and it has the biggest online world of any game out there!

Unlike most MMO's where the story is already set in stone that you have to follow, EvE is driven by the players. What you do in the game changes the universe. For example, you are cruising along in your battleship and get ambushed by a bunch of space pirates. You could then change your name, and join the clan of players that killed you and the pirates would not know who you are. Once you gain their trust, you could take your revenge and steal everything that they have trusted you to have access to.

It is a very cold hearted and harsh universe but that is very inviting to alot of players, myself included. It is really worth a try and it can be tried for free for 14 days from the website, www.eveonline.com .

This is my favourite game of all time and it also aspires to the casual player that cannot play often as the leveling system allows you to train while offline! If you decide to join me on this game, feel free to message me in game (Stevez Ftw). Remember, Fly Safe!

Latest Achievement.

For most of you, this is something that you have probably done, but since I took a long break from the game, this was a rather big thing for me. We finally beat the Lich King encounter.

I have alot to say about this fight and ICC in general and i'll do that in the near future.

A new start

Well, it has been a while hasn't it? Welcome back to Stevezspot, here on blogger as usual. I will not be moving to wordpress so there is no need to worry about that.

And to the new readers, welcome to a journey through a few really good games and the life of a, er.. let's leave it at that.

So just to begin, i'll go over what you can expect from this blog. It is the start of a new academic year and I decided to make the blog again since too many have encouraged me.

This year, we will be going over a few games mentioned in the title, general discussion about the gaming society and events that happen, game tactics and much more.

Over the last year, I have started back on World of Warcraft and played the Starcraft 2 beta. I also play EvE online. I will also hopefully be lifestreaming alot and I will give you links/times to the streams as the events happen.
